I just have to brag on this lady! How many 75 year olds do you know who can still climb stairs, get up and down off the ground repeatedly, and deadlift 100 lbs?
The key to a long, independent healthy life is strong bones and muscles. Strength training and conditioning keeps her doing all of the things she enjoys in life like hiking, traveling and keeping up with her beautiful yard.
