Around here, “wellness” is more than a buzzword. It’s part of everyday life for our residents.

Some start their morning in the Health & Fitness Center or at an instructor-led class, stretching and moving at a pace that feels good. Others enjoy the indoor heated pool or whirlpool, where the water makes it easier to stay active and feel confident.

Body, mind, and spirit all matter here, and we do our best to support each one, in a way that feels warm, safe, and welcoming.
