Our Community Easter Egg Hunt at Pine Bluff Transitional Care filled our hearts! Seeing childrenās laughter, residentsā smiles, and neighbors connecting reminded us how much joy simple moments bring ā shared stories, gentle hugs, and the warmth of community made the day unforgettable.
Thank you to volunteers, and staff members who gave their time and love; your presence brightened lives and created memories weāll treasure. Our residents enjoyed seeing all the kids and had a blast watching the hunt for eggs! So much wholesome fellowship from this community!
Thank you to The Audubon School at Pine Bluff for letting us host you guys! The facility and residents enjoyed seeing everyone come out and have a blast!
Special thank you to Nikki Rushing at LifeTouch Hospice and Natalie Byars at Arkansas Urology for supplying eggs for the kids to hunt! We appreciate you so much!

We began in 1954 when a group of ministers acquired a former motel in Campbell, MO to serve area residents with a skilled nursing facility and operated in this facility until 1977. In 1993, they converted one wing into an Alzheimerās & Related Disorders Unit.
In 1981, the Board purchased our facilities in Mt. Carmel, IL. In 1997, this name was changed to Oakview Heights Continuous Care and Rehabilitation. Among many improvements since this time includes a new Alzheimerās Unit & we added Oakview Villa Supportive Living Center.
In more recent years, General Baptist Health Care was established as the current operating Board. In the mid-2000s, the corporate office was established in Piggott, AR where we constructed Magnolia Manor Assisted Living Center in 2009 and acquired General Baptist Nursing Home of Piggott in 2012.
An exciting part of our growth has been adding all types of therapy - inpatient & outpatient - at our locations.
In December 2017, we purchased General Baptist Nursing Home in Linn, MO and in 2018 added a corporate branch office in Paragould, AR.
