I've been teaching fitness classes in the Hudson Valley for over 15 years. During this time, I've opened my own gym, then later a successful yoga & fitness studio. Now, I'm kicking back in Montgomery, doing what I love most: teaching yoga, Pilates and pole and building a positive-thinking community.

Where do you live?
Montgomery, NY

Who are the members of your family?
Joe my husband and my two beautiful daughters Katie & Aubrey

What is your occupation?
Bartender

What do you like best about your occupation?
I love bartending for the people I get to meet, the friends I’ve made along the way, the community that has shown up for my family, and the flexibility that lets me be present where it matters most.

When did you start practicing yoga?
April of 2025

What do you like best about yoga?
I started practicing yoga as a way to spend Sundays with my besties and to build strength. When my youngest daughter was battling spinal cancer, it became how I built the muscle to help care for her—and along the way, I pushed my body in ways I never could have imagined.

Which pose is most challenging for you and why?
Climbing but every week I keep getting better.

Which pose is easiest for you and why?
Upside down pointing one leg one on the swing. Love that pose helps so much with my sciatica and it’s my favorite.

What surprised you about doing yoga?
That even just doing it once a week my body has transformed.

What are your yoga goals?
All of the climbing and all of the rolls and flips.
