I've been teaching fitness classes in the Hudson Valley for over 15 years. During this time, I've opened my own gym, then later a successful yoga & fitness studio. Tonight, Wednesday, at 6:15pm, we start another 6-week Aerial Class class that combines suspension training, deep stretching and acrobatics. This particular class is suitable for beginners. With this program, you get the equivalent of one free class plus a deep discount. You can also attend this class as a drop in, at $22 per class. I have 2 swings remaining. Where do you live? Pine Bush

Who are the members of your family?
My husband, and my daughter (6), and my son (2)

What is your occupation?
Assistant director at Over the Moon

What do you like best about your occupation?
I get to make a difference in someone’s day every day ❤️

Why do you practice yoga?
I started with Pilates and was interested in yoga. Wednesdays fit into my schedule, and I’m so happy it did. Yoga has become the best and calmest hour in my week.

When did you start practicing yoga?
November 2025

What do you like about yoga?
The breath work, deep stretching, and challenging myself to hold a pose for more than a few seconds.

Which pose is most challenging for you and why?
Anything with upper body strength.

Which pose is easiest for you and why?
Downward dog. It’s an amazing stretch after a hard section.

What are your yoga goals?
I’d love to practice more balance and maybe learn to hold some moves with upper body strength only. 😜

What advice do you have for someone thinking about trying yoga?
Just do it. It’s so good for your mind, body and soul!
