"I had a great experience doing hypnosis with Joan. I had been interested in the idea of hypnosis because I recognized that many areas I was struggling with were actually subconscious blocks that I had.
I was a little nervous to try hypnosis because it felt very vulnerable to me, at the same time I was very intrigued by it. After taking some fitness classes with Joan I decided to inquire about it and I am so glad that I did. Joan and I scheduled a phone call to address some of my goals with hypnosis essentially what I wanted to speak to my subconscious mind. From that discussion Joan created a script detailed and crafted directly to the exact areas I wanted to improve. She took the time to explain the process, address any concerns and make sure that I was comfortable. Following the hypnosis I noticed improvement in the areas I wanted as well as overall feeling more rested and calm. Even more I notice myself overcoming some of those original blocks that I wanted to address. It truly was a great experience and I highly recommend it!"
