My Aunts came over and we made some body butter and they left me a bunch of oil samples. I picked the ones I liked and then they left some they thought I needed. I liked the body butter so much I decided to use the oil they left every day until it was gone. I was skeptical that it did anything and really didn't want to buy any. I figured if I really liked any between my 2 Aunts I could just get samples when I wanted. So, I started with some grief concoction that my Aunt made for me when my Mom died. I started feeling better emotionally but, I didn't attribute it to the oil. Then I had an upset stomach and I used some peppermint and it immediately went away! Wow cool I thought. Then I woke up all stuffed up so I used peppermint again on my nose and sinuses! Within seconds I could breath! Ok so I'll get peppermint from my Aunt next time I see her. I used the sleepy time on myself but, it wasn't until my daughters used it that I realized it worked! At this point I decided to look on my oil guide for my specific health concerns which were anxiety, depression, fatigue, an overall feeling of hopelessness and neck & shoulder pain. I used what oils I had and combined them if I had two or more that were on the card! I did this everyday for a month. At the end of the month my anxiety had gone from a 10 to a 2, I wasn't depressed at all, I felt better and wasn't sleeping all of the time, I was scrap booking again (I hadn't done this for 3 1/2 yrs and I use to do it every day) I enjoyed going places again, I had peace and hope! I used lemongrass, peppermint & clove on my neck & shoulder and it relieved the pain! 1 month after using the oils I decided to become a wellness advocate.
