Chelsea is a 2014 graduate of Pine Prairie High School and married her high school sweetheart in 2015 (fun fact: his birthday is tomorrow!). Together, they are proud parents to two beautiful children — Clinton, age 4, and Katherine, 10 months.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her family and growing plants. She is truly excited to be back home and is honored to serve the community that raised her.

Now hiring Medical Biller

We are a growing healthcare clinic specializing in primary care, behavioral health, weight loss management, Chronic Care Management (CCM) and telehealth visits

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing medical claims, managing billing records, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance providers.

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter patient and insurance information into the billing system.
Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims.
Review and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical billing.
Proficiency in medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures.
Familiarity with insurance verification and claim processing.
Strong computer skills, including experience with billing software
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
