Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Rauli Perry, WHNP, will be leaving her position in late May.

Rauli joined the Sublette County Health team in 2024 after relocating from Idaho and has provided compassionate, dedicated care to the women of Sublette County.
“I am heartbroken to leave the women of Sublette County, who have become so dear to my heart,” said Perry. “At this time, I need to prioritize my family, and returning to Idaho is what’s best for us. It has truly been an honor to care for this community.”

Dr Burnett noted, "I am saddened that Rauli Perry is leaving us. She has been an exceptional provider and single handedly started the women's health program in Sublette County. We will miss her incredible care for our patients and want to thank her for all she has done for our community. We are going to make sure this essential service continues in our community."

“Rauli has made a tremendous impact on women’s health services in our community,” said Bill Patten, Interim CEO of Sublette County Health. “As soon as Rauli told me that she and her family were moving back to Idaho, my team and I immediately began recruiting and already have several leads. We are committed to filling the very large hole Rauli leaves behind and ensuring continued access to high-quality women’s health care.”

Rauli’s last day with Sublette County Health will be in late May. Patients are encouraged to schedule any needed appointments prior to her departure. For prescription refills or non-urgent questions, patients may also use MyChart to communicate with the care team.

Sublette County Health remains committed to providing comprehensive women’s health services and will share updates as soon as a new provider is secured.

Reaching new heights in health care

The Sublette Center and the Sublette County Rural Health Care District have formed a Sublette County Joint Planning Committee to pursue reorganization into Special Hospital District, which requires approval by Sublette County registered voters in the upcoming Nov. 3 general election.

  • UNITE: Merge Sublette Center and the Sublette County Rural Health Care District

  • FUND: Pass a Special Hospital District to help fund and operate the critical access hospital with an attached long-term care facility with a Memory Care Unit (a specialized unit for dementia care)

  • BUILD: Build one new campus to house a modest critical access hospital, utilizing the existing Pinedale Clinic building as much as possible with an attached new long-term facility and Memory Care Unit. Marbleton/Big Piney Clinic will continue to operate with the goal of expanding after hour care.
