For over 20 years our community has stepped up and supported Kickin’ Cancer in our mission to financially provide for our neighbors during their fight against cancer. We see that especially every year when we host our annual fundraiser.

Come on down to Sublette County Hospital District today from 9am - 2pm for our Step Up Sublette Cancer Screening and Education Event!

We have several tables set up with info. on specific cancers, resources on how to get free screenings, swag bags, raffle items and more!

Also come take a picture with the giant colon!!!!

A big thank you to the donors of our raffle prizes that will be at the Step Up Sublette Event this Thursday March 19th 10am-2pm at the Sublette County Hospital District!

This will be a great educational event with a walkthrough featuring tables about different cancers, risk factors, and screening recommendations. You will have a chance to visit personally with a couple Drs. (including the wonderful Dr. Rauli who will be leaving us soon) and a Dermatologist who will be doing on-site screenings.

Because of our generous raffle item donors each attendee will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win Fitness bags including yoga and grounding mats and blocks, 02spa massage, a Valhalla fitness membership, Pinedale Aquatic Center 10 punch card, Walking treadmill pad, and for the guys a Construction Grade Skill Saw worm drive.

Did you know Wyoming is among the lowest states in the US to get cancer screenings? Please encourage your loved ones (especially men and younger ones 20+ are the lowest screening rates) to come to the event and learn about the different cancer types and how to take charge of your health.

One week away from our Step Up Sublette - Cancer Education and Screening Event!

Please join us at the Sublette County Hospital District from 10am-2pm to learn more about the different kind of cancer screenings available, risk factors and resources to take charge of your health and stay one step ahead of cancer.

Oh also there will be a giant 10ft colon balloon arch at the event, that at least is something to come check out. 😅

This is very important for Wyoming residents to know. If you would like more information on colon screenings and risk factors please join us at the Sublette County Hospital District on March 19th for our Step Up Sublette - Cancer Screening and Education event from 10am - 2pm!

We will have information on several different cancers and how to stay on top of screenings, as well as doctors who will be volunteering their time talking to the community about the importance of taking charge of your health. There will be raffles, swag bags, and treats.

As cancer rates continue to rise in Sublette County, early detection and knowing what signs to look for is more important than ever. This interactive walk-through event gives you the chance to connect in person with doctors and a dermatologist, ask questions, and leave feeling confident about your health.

Today is World Cancer Day. Lately, it feels like nearly everyone we know has been impacted by cancer in some way. With cancer rates in Sublette County rising in 2025, it’s more important than ever to show up for our neighbors who are fighting with everything they have.

Ways you can support someone battling cancer:
✨Reach out and let them know you’re thinking of them, a simple message can mean more than you realize.
✨Offer practical help like running errands or assisting with daily tasks. The mental load of scheduling and traveling to appointments, sometimes combined with brain fog from treatment, can be overwhelming.
✨If you’re able to support financially, know that cancer is incredibly expensive and places a heavy strain on families.
