SUBLETTE CENTER WAS FOUNDED IN 1978 BY A COMMITTED GROUP OF LOCAL VISIONARIES INCLUDING LOCAL RANCH FAMILIES, MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, AND ENTREPRENEURS IN BUSINESS, AND PHILANTHROPISTS. PRIOR TO THAT THE ELDERLY PEOPLE OF SUBLETTE COUNTY HAD TO LEAVE THE AREA TO ACCESS LONG TERM CARE OR TO FIND MODIFIED INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES. SINCE ITS INCEPTION, SUBLETTE CENTER IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, BECAUSE OF THIS, MOST DONATIONS ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE. WE ARE LED BY 9 MEMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS. 24- HOUR SKILLED NURSING CARE SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM RECOVERY CARE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT PHYSICIAN SERVICES PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH THERAPY PROGRAMS. DIETARY CONSULTING ACTIVITIES, EVENTS AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS COMFORTABLE ROOMS WEEKLY CHURCH SERVICES COME TAKE A WALK WITH US THROUGH BEAUTIFUL ASPEN GROVE, AN ACTIVE ADULT COMMUNITY IN PINEDALE, WYOMING.
