Veterans Guardian is a pre-filing consulting firm helping position veterans to achieve the disability rating they are eligible for when they file their claim for VA disability benefits and compensation. As a team of fellow veterans, we understand and truly appreciate the sacrifices you have made in your service. We also understand that military service can have significant and lasting impacts on your physical and mental health, which is why we are here for you.

❌FALSE! We don’t employ medical providers.

When a Veteran needs additional documentation, we may refer them to outside providers such as Independent Licensed Clinicians.

Over the coming days, some Veterans may receive a legal notice connected to a lawsuit involving Veterans Guardian.

A class notice is simply a procedural step in the legal process. It is not a determination that the claims are true, and it is not a finding of wrongdoing. It is a way for the court to notify people who may be members of the class so they are aware of the litigation and understand their rights and options.

Veterans Guardian strongly denies the allegations in this lawsuit and will continue defending our work through the legal process.

For years, our mission has been to help Veterans better understand and navigate the VA disability claims system. Anyone who has gone through that process knows it can be complicated and difficult to navigate alone. Our team focuses on helping Veterans organize documentation and submit clearer, stronger claims.

The Department of Veterans Affairs alone decides whether benefits are awarded. Our role is to help Veterans better understand the system so they can pursue the benefits they earned through their service.

If you receive a notice related to this case, we encourage you to read it carefully. Because this matter is in active litigation, Veterans Guardian cannot provide advice regarding the lawsuit or the class notice.

What we can say is that our commitment to Veterans remains unchanged. Every day we work with former service members who are trying to navigate a complex benefits system, often after months or years of frustration. As explained in this video from our co-founder, Bill Taylor, our work has helped to change lives.

We remain proud to serve Veterans and are grateful for the trust they place in us. Read more: https://vetsguardian.com/blog/veterans-guardian-class-notice/

Melissa had the mindset of “I can handle the VA process on my own,” and she went through years of struggles trying to get the rating she deserved.

If this sounds like a situation you’re in, you don’t have to keep navigating it alone.

🚨 The Department of Veterans Affairs is expected to formally rescind a controversial disability ratings rule that was published on February 17. The rule would have required VA medical examiners to include the effects of medication when assigning disability ratings, a change that sparked significant backlash from veterans, advocacy groups, and lawmakers who argued it could penalize veterans for following prescribed treatment. 🚨

In 2016 Hurricane Matthew hit North Carolina, and Robert was activated for a search and rescue mission after a woman named Dora was reported missing. Without hesitation, Robert jumped in to perform a swift water rescue and helped bring her to safety.

He later received the North Carolina Air National Guard Soldier’s Medal, but in his words, Dora was the real hero. 🎖️

We’re proud to highlight Veterans like Robert and share the stories behind their service.

Our Story

We are a pre-filing consulting firm helping position veterans to achieve the disability rating they are entitled to for their honorable service when they file their claim for disability compensation. As a team of fellow veterans, we understand and truly appreciate the sacrifices you have made in your service.

We also understand that military service can have significant and lasting impacts on your physical and mental health. Often, the veterans claims process can seem confusing, bureaucratic, and time consuming. No veteran should feel lost or discouraged when they are applying for the benefits they are medically and ethically entitled to.

Let our team be your partner to identify possible service connected conditions, investigate medical and lay-evidence, develop a claim strategy and provide the information and education you need to support your claim - because having the physical or mental conditions is only half the battle.
