I'm Tammi Smith, a licensed massage therapist serving the North Carolina community. With over 20 years of experience in nursing and a degree in Therapeutic Massage from Sandhills Community College, I bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge and compassionate care to every session.
My background in healthcare has shaped my approach to massage therapy-I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or simply a moment of peace, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs with empathy and attention.
As a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), I stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices to ensure you receive safe, effective, and high-quality care.
