Baby Gesture Milestones πŸ‘Άβœ¨

Before babies can speak, they communicate through gestures. These small movements are big developmental wins!

Around 9–12 months, many babies start clapping, waving, raising their arms, and even blowing kisses.

By 12–15 months, gestures like high fives and pointing begin to appear β€” pointing is especially important because it shows growing communication and understanding.

Between 13–18 months, toddlers often start shaking their head β€œno” and nodding β€œyes,” showing they understand meaning and can express choices.

Every baby develops at their own pace, but gestures are a beautiful sign that language and social skills are growing. πŸ’›
