Happy (almost) Spring! I hope you are enjoying the ever-present signs of springtime as much as I am. The colorful blooms and seemingly endless green hillsides restore a sense of hope within me, and serve as a reminder that although things outside our control may be difficult at times, Mother Nature'...

Whoo! Can't believe our first women's retreat is in less than two months! My heart is warmed to answer this longtime calling of designing an experience that cultivates joy and deep connection for women ❣️ ... and in beautiful West Sonoma County, up in the coastal mountains no less 🌄🌊🌲! Across the weekend we will move our bodies and release that which no longer serves us through 5Rhythms dance and drumming under the moonlight 🌙🪘, enjoy organic vegetarian meals 🍜 prepared for us, quiet our minds through yoga asana 🧘‍♀️, meditation in the temple onsite and pranayama, unearth insights on where we might be stuck in our lives and where we can foster more joy and opportunities to embrace higher levels of self care. We will also be held in nature and bestowed with her wisdom. Currently we have two private rooms remaining and several dorm beds. We have 11 registrations and will cap the event at 20 participants.
