Requirements
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Facebook ads, manager, Google ads, Tiktok ads, and others related
• Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience as Online Sales, Digital Marketing Executive, or e-Commerce Executive
• Experience in E-Commerce, affiliate marketing, or drop shipping business will be an advantage
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing skills
• Experience with B2C social media, FB ads, Google Ads words and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Experience basic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skills to ensure business success
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software
Responsibility
• Using digital marketing tools to advertise products
• Manage advertising spots, e.g. Facebook ads, Google ads, e-commerce Sites, and so on
• Maintain and update company’s website and social medias (Facebook,Instagram,YouTube) on regular basis
• Ensure the effectiveness of the advertisement posted and the target audience is reached
• A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently
• Optimize the marketing conversion rate
• Managing and optimizing CTAs, landing pages, and the lead generation forms
• Collaboration with each team repsonsible for social media posts, email, and blogging to optimize each conversion path
• Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies
• Increase qualifies marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team
• Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC campaigns
• Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine marketing campaigns
• Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs
