Family Fun Day delivered all the fun — games, challenges, great food, and a whole lot of community spirit. The firefighter activities were a hit, the kids ran their hearts out, and the smiles said it all.

We’re grateful for every family, friend, and neighbor who joined us. Your support keeps our department strong.

Enjoy the photos and relive the fun with us — and don’t miss the finale video (on the next post) of our firefighters going all‑in during the tug‑of‑war. It was the perfect way to end an amazing day together.

FAMILY FUN DAY

THIS SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2026
2:00PM-4:00PM

You are invited to the Castle Lake firehouse for games, food and fun for the whole family.

This free event is our way of saying thank you to the community for your continued support.

There will be firefighter themed games, an activities area for the younger kids and a special "scavenger hunt" with prizes.

Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided. You're welcome to bring a side dish and/or dessert to go along with them.

We hope to see you there!

TUESDAY! Castle Lake Ranch VFD MONTHLY MEMBERS MEETING
We’d love to see you this Tuesday, April 21st, for our monthly members meeting and community potluck. Your presence truly strengthens our department and the volunteers who serve you.
**Potluck Dinner – 6:30 PM
Bring a favorite dish to share and enjoy a warm, neighborly meal together.
**Monthly Meeting – 7:30 PM
This month’s meeting is an important one. We will be:
*Holding official elections and reelections for several board positions
-Seeking to fill an open administrative role — please consider stepping in or inviting someone who may be a great fit.
*Announcing our new Assistant Chief and giving him a well‑deserved welcome!
*Discussing plans for Family Fun Day on Sunday, April 26th.
*Reviewing details for our next two scheduled boot drives and how these efforts help keep our all‑volunteer department running strong.
This is a great opportunity to learn how we train, fundraise, and continue improving the services that protect our community. Your support means everything to our volunteers — you never know when you may need them.

**Please join us Tuesday, March 17th for a potluck at 6:30pm followed by the CLRVFD annual meeting at 7:30pm.** *Bring a dish to share.*
We will be discussing upcoming boot drives as well as other events and fundraisers planned throughout the year, including Family Fun Day on April 26th. We will also be holding elections for officers. Come join us for an informative meeting and find out how we are raising funds to keep our all-volunteer fire department running and how we are working hard to train our firefighters to be the best they can be. Come by to show your support for the volunteers in your community, you never know when you will need their help.
