After a long week of wrestling practice, a tough wrestling tournament, and extra physical activity than usual, this guy had a sore knee. About 20 minutes of a Dynamic Body Balancing session and he was up and going again, pain free! SO thankful we have this modality to help our kids at home and in the community 🙌🏻💚
