🤍 Abdominal Therapy for Men & Women
A gentle, targeted therapy that can help with hip, pelvic, or back pain, digestive concerns, menstrual cycle support, and fertility challenges for both men and women. This work encourages proper alignment, circulation, and healing in the abdominal and pelvic areas.

🌿 Craniosacral Therapy with Lucy
Gentle, deeply relaxing, and incredibly restorative. Craniosacral Therapy (specifically Dynamic Body Balancing) supports the body’s natural healing processes on a deep level. Especially wonderful for infants and children, pregnant and postpartum mothers, and anyone recovering from an accident, fall, or sports injury.
