Matt brings 14 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Licensed Massage Therapist, along with human performance coaching experience as a Parisi Speed School owner. With his philosophy of "Movement is Medicine", he specializes in teaching movement efficiency for athletes (from weekend warriors to pros) and older adults.
