After nearly 28 years as Parker’s President & CEO, Roberto Muñiz has announced his plan to retire by the end of 2026.

Parker is experiencing a period of growth, innovation, and national recognition unlike any time in our history, and so much of that is because of Roberto’s vision, passion, and leadership over nearly three decades. Under his stewardship, Parker has become one of the most admired and respected aging services organizations in New Jersey and across the country.

Just as importantly, Parker’s person-centered culture has been a key differentiator and a powerful contributor to our success. Our values and our commitment to making a difference are the foundation of how we serve older adults and their families every day.

Roberto’s legacy will continue to shape our mission for many years to come. While it is hard to imagine Parker without him at the helm, we also honor this as an important and well-earned transition for him.
