This week inside my app new offerings: Two strength classes in the very effective 4 X 4 format, 4 compound exercises in a circuit style for 4 rounds. I have been teaching this style of class for years. It is so effecient, effective, and fun! We also have a traditional Pilates mat class. A great class to strengthen your core, hips, and posture. Additionally, the mobility class this week is a core and low back focused Pilates class. We also have a new pranayama this week where I teach you lateral breathing technique to support you in your Pilates classes and beyond.

Snow reminds us that real life isn’t predictable. Uneven ground, slippery steps, sudden shifts in balance.

That’s why I like to say exercise is practice for real life. Dynamic movement teaches your body how to respond, adjust, and recover when conditions change. This is how we build strength, balance, and confidence that actually helps us in our daily life.

This week inside the app, our focus is on dynamic movement for fall prevention. Real life isn’t static, and your movement practice shouldn’t be either.

You’ll find this theme woven through both classes this week:
• Strength to build the muscles that help you stay upright, steady, and confident
• Yoga to improve balance, coordination, and stability as you move through space

Think of this as practice for real life. Stepping, reaching, turning, and responding with control and confidence. Small, intentional movements done consistently add up to safer, stronger days.
