- Low-impact and joint-friendly

💪 Strength Training 2–3x/Week
- Improves insulin sensitivity and heart health

Tension Headache Relief (60 min): A therapeutic session focused on relieving pain and tension in the head, neck, and shoulder muscles. Techniques may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy.

Tension Headache + TMJ/Jaw Pain Relief (90 min): An extended session that includes all elements of the Tension Headache Relief service, with added time to address jaw tension related to TMJ pain.

Low Back & Hip Pain Relief (90 min): A focused therapeutic session addressing the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors. Techniques may include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and craniosacral therapy to relieve pain and improve mobility.
