Do you find yourself leaning on the counter for support?

Hanging in your hips is super common when your body is needing stability. This can happen with all bodies for various reasons, and it’s super common postpartum.

When you notice it, work toward moving your hips away from the counter…micro habits and adjustments can be super helpful for your pelvic health 👍🏽
