Try this 👇🏽

Exercises that work on eccentric glute strength, like this split stance hinge.

What is eccentric strength? That means that a muscle is lengthening under load or tension. In this exercise, the glutes are lengthening as you hinge forward. This type of strengthening is often missing and is an amazing, functional, effective way to strengthen the glutes.

What would happen if you slowed your breath?

You might find that you’ve been:

🔹holding it
🔹shallowly breathing
🔹rushing around
🔹hurrying for no reason
🔹tensing and clenching muscles

Can you feel what happens to your mind and body when you SLOW your breath?

I promise doing the “Big 6” lymphatic drainage sequence by is TOTALLY DOABLE and life changing 🙌🏽

I’ve been doing this at least 3-4 times a week for the last 4 years. It’s quick, easy and you can do it ANYWHERE 👍🏽

Try to rub each area for at least 30 seconds…
1. Collarbones (always start here)
2. Behind the ear/jaw
3. Armpits
4. Belly
5. Groin crease
6. Behind the knees
*always finish with the collarbones again!

Try it out and get that lymph flowing 💦

Focus your breath 🫁 here 👇🏽

Use a strap around your ribs (or a block on your back ribs) and focus on sending your breath into your back ribs.

Can you feel that expansion without rounding the back?

This is so helpful for better breathing, thoracic mobility and pelvic floor function.
