I’m happy to be the R in HRD Retreats. We have a fabulous Equine Assisted retreat planned in Colorado in September. (Details soon!) wake up to an opportunity for yoga/meditation/breathwork, have a nutritious breakfast, participate in horse guided, group coaching, snag a great lunch, lots of time in the afternoon to relax or choose an optional activity like hiking, horseback riding, soap making, a massage, etc. Opportunity for evening yoga/breathwork/meditation, followed by an amazing dinner, and end the evening with a ceremonial gathering.

May those who follow our journey online—reading these words and seeing these photos—feel that peace is closer than they thought, right there beside them.

May those who simply hear about this walk—from a friend, a family member, or a kind stranger—receive this message like a seed carried on a gentle breeze.

To everyone whose life touches ours—whether we meet in person or stay connected through our hearts across the miles—may this walk for peace find a home in you.

May this peace bring you quiet joy. May it help you feel more connected to your own heart and bring out a natural kindness that flows easily to others.

And may the peace that grows inside you shine outward. May it touch your family, your neighbors, and everyone you meet, spreading warmth into the world we all share.

We offer this prayer with humble hearts, hoping that peace might bloom a little more brightly for everyone.

If you're not following the Monks' Walk for Peace I highly recommend that you do. They are taking an incredible journey from Ft. Worth Texas to Washington DC on foot. Traveling approximately 20-30 miles per day to spread awareness of peace. It is not a protest. It is enlightenment. When we all have peace in our hearts we minimize suffering. I view it as a form of nervous system regulation. When we view the world with a calm heart and through a lens of love, we receive love and peace. When we view with agitation and through a lens of fear, we receive anxiety and suffering. In about a week they should be just down the street from the farm. We are honored to be so close. I am excited to be able to walk with them for peace.

🎉 We Have Reached 1 Million Followers! 🎉
Last night at approximately 11:55 PM PT on Day 78 of the journey (January 11, 2026), our official Walk for Peace page reached 1 million followers! We are overwhelmed with joy, deeply humbled, and profoundly grateful.

When we opened this page on November 8th—just 12 days after the journey began—we could never have imagined that within just 64 days, 1 million hearts would choose to walk with us in spirit.

This milestone represents far more than a number. It represents each and every one of you—one million individuals who have chosen to support this mission of peace, compassion, mindfulness, and unity.

You are not simply followers on a page. You are integral to this peaceful journey. Through sharing our message, visiting us along the way, holding us in your prayers, and walking with us in spirit, you have become part of the Walk for Peace itself.

From the depths of our hearts, thank you.

Thank you for believing in this mission when we were just beginning. Thank you for sharing our message with others. Thank you for your unwavering support, your prayers, your presence, and your love. Thank you for choosing peace.

We are so honored and humbled to walk this journey alongside all of you. Together, we are proving that peace is not just a dream—it is alive, it is real, and it is growing stronger every single day.
