Did you know your breath can actually change your body’s alignment? When one side of the body works harder than the other, it can throw off balance in the pelvis and ribcage. Diaphragmatic breathing helps reset that asymmetry by engaging both sides evenly, restoring stability, posture, and movement efficiency.

Join Jake for Breath & Balance on Tuesday, Nov. 18 (4:30–5:00 PM) in the Group Exercise Studio and learn how to use your breath as a tool for better movement.
