I am so excited to announce that I will be opening my own Wellness Center located in Lizton! I will be moving my Therapeutic Massage practice to 733 W. 900 N. which is at the northwest corner of the interchange of I74 and State Road 39. My goal is to add a Wellness Coach and an additional massage therapist to serve the needs of the community.

I am extremely thankful to Dr. Joel Starns and Teresa Starns at the Pittsboro Chiropractic Center for allowing me the opportunity to grow and thrive as a Massage Therapist. Their support was invaluable to me during the 8 years I was blessed to practice there.

I am hoping with God's grace to be able to open the office by June 14, 2021. There is much work to be accomplished but thanks to Cameron Plumbing, Kirby HVAC, Pat Pierle, Cameron Sullivan and the Calhoun brothers for helping make my dream a reality!

Merry Christmas to all my beautiful people! I love you all!

04/22/2020

I am so excited to be able to open my office on May 1st! Extra time between clients will be built in to allow for extensive sanitization after each session. I will also wear a HEPA filtered face mask at all times to decrease exposure risks.

The Missing Link Therapeutic Massage will remain closed until the safety of our community is stable. The risk of spreading COVID-19 is just too high. Please continue to stretch every day and use self help tools such as foam rollers and tennis balls to alleviate knots and muscle tension! I look forward to returning to business and caring for my family of clients when it is safe to do so. Peace and love!

03/20/2020

In accordance with government guidelines concerning social distancing in relation to COVID-19, I feel it best to close my practice until April 6, 2020. I wish you all good health and security!
This too will pass.
I certainly hope we all come through this difficult experience with renewed appreciation for life. Love to all and see you soon!!

What drives me

I have long been fascinated by the way muscles respond to massage. It is quite remarkable to witness the change in muscle tone after a therapeutic massage session. I find it quite satisfying when a client experiences relief from pain that has been troubling them for days, months or sometimes even years!

My profession is really a craft, a talent, a continuous endeavor for excellence so I can serve those who trust me with their care. Massage is truly the missing link in your routine health care. Benefits include reducing blood pressure, better muscle tone, relief from muscle spasms, improved immune system, relief from fibromyalgia pain, increased range of motion in joints, to name just a few.

My journey as a Therapist is always expanding with research and collaboration with my peers and associates. I am driven to be the best that I can be, to serve my community and my God.
