Winter at Galloway Ridge brings quiet beauty and meaningful moments. ❄️ Whether it’s a morning walk along our scenic trails or a cozy cup of coffee with neighbors in one of our warm community spaces, there’s always something to enjoy.

As the air turns crisp, residents embrace the gentle rhythm of the season — slowing down, savoring conversations, and finding comfort in familiar routines. These winter days remind us how special it is to be part of a community that feels warm, welcoming, and wonderfully connected.

– Giving Tuesday 🎁

Giving Tuesday is a national day of generosity held each year after Thanksgiving, offering an opportunity to support organizations at a time when needs often peak.

One program supported through Giving Tuesday is the Salvation Army’s Pathway of Hope initiative, which provides individualized, strength-based support to families with children working to break cycles of crisis and vulnerability. In Siler City, 30 families and individuals are currently being mentored, with a waitlist of families seeking the same support.

This Giving Tuesday, Galloway Ridge residents raised $2,995. Their generosity will help strengthen services for families currently enrolled and expand support to those waiting for assistance.
Those interested in supporting this work can donate directly to the Chatham County Salvation Army, helping ensure these vital services continue to reach families in our local community.

As 2025 comes to a close, we are grateful for what our community has accomplished together and look forward to continuing to invest in our neighbors in 2026.

Meet Jennifer - our DCFL Membership Coordinator! After transferring from the EVS department, Jennifer has quickly become known for her organization, professionalism, and genuine commitment to service here at Galloway Ridge. Staff and residents alike trust her to handle every request with thoughtfulness and care—always striving to find the right solution.

When she’s not supporting our community, Jennifer enjoys exploring the Triangle, discovering new walking trails, and embracing life as a devoted mom. She also comes from a family of Mexican restaurant owners—so it’s no surprise that her favorite food is street tacos!

We’re grateful to have Jennifer on the team and for the positivity she brings to Galloway Ridge each day.

– Waitlist Member Holiday Party 🎀

There’s something special about celebrating the season with those who are considering Galloway Ridge as their future home. Our Annual Waitlist Member Holiday Party is a cherished tradition, and this year’s event truly sparkled.✨

Throughout the year, waitlist members are invited to a variety of gatherings that offer a meaningful glimpse into life at Galloway Ridge. The holiday party is the highlight — bringing together great food, festive décor, and the welcoming sense of community that defines our campus.

Guests enjoyed an exceptional menu prepared by our talented dining team, featuring a sushi station, shrimp cocktail, artisan cheeses, brisket wrapped in bacon with peach glaze, spinach-stuffed hand-turned artichoke bottoms, tuna tostadas, mushu spring rolls, an assortment of desserts, and a seasonal signature cocktail. A heartfelt thank you to Blossom Artistry for the beautiful décor that set the tone for the evening.

All Galloway Ridge residences are currently on a waitlist, and we are grateful for the continued interest in our community. For those who could see Galloway Ridge as their future home, we offer two waitlist options:

• Waitlist Agreement – Designed for individuals who are not yet ready to move but would like to gain priority on our list.
• Residence Preference Agreement – For those ready to receive and accept an offer for a residence. Your original waitlist date carries forward.

We love creating opportunities to connect with our waitlist members and look forward to welcoming many of them home in the future. 🤎✨
