From the bottom of my heart! 🫶 This year has been beyond amazing in so many ways! The growth of Skin Deep brings happy tears to my eyes!
I got hit with a huge.... girl you are LIVING what you prayed for... this week. I walked out of work, locked the door to head home to my kiddos and fiancé (🥰), and while I was walking to my car I realized I was just smiling. Happy. Carefree. Fulfilled. Content. That deep down in the soul happy dance feeling.
We have one life. Don't look back one day and regret the chances you didn't take. Make mistakes. Learn. GROW from the failures. Choose progress over perfection. Because only One was ever perfect, and we fall short every day. He gives us grace. And God will bless your life in so many ways if you just let him.
So thank YOU. If you're still reading this, you're likely one of those who have helped me, supported, believed or trusted in me to help you grow in your wellness. And buckle up friends, this is going to be one fun adventure!

You're a busy mom, dad, professional, entrepreneur, volunteer, friend, child, HUMAN. Life is busy.
