Join us for Qigong, Yoga, and Sound Meditation tonight at 5:30pm! This class is centered on enhancing your life force energy.

We've all seen the memes or heard phrases about not letting anyone dim your light. This can happen in the stress of everyday life. Fear or uncertainty, sense of powerlessness, taking in or giving away too much energy, feeling small or unseen, etc, can cause us to contract our light energy/chi/Qi.
