Our Mona Jurshak is working with our dear friend, Melissa, at Got Your Six Counseling, LLC to complete her MSW next year. We are so excited for her, and we know she'll be an amazing counselor and advocate! Don't worry, she's not going anywhere just yet. You can still attend her classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:15pm.

Mona Jurshak is a Pittsburg State University student in the Masters Social Work program. She is completing her field work at Got Your Six Counseling through the Spring of 2027. Mona is a multidisciplinary artist, leads yoga classes, and enjoys time in nature.

Many in the Crawford County community already know Mona through ArtWalk, ArtForms Gallery, Toast, and Yoga with Mona. Now, she’s adding another meaningful achievement to her journey.
Mona is currently wrapping up the final weeks of her student internship at Got Your Six Counseling.
She’ll return in August for the fall semester, where she’ll begin working with her own caseload of clients.
It has truly been a privilege to have Mona with us, and we look forward to welcoming her back this fall.

Our Mona of many talents also loves playing with fire! Here she is in action with her glass making demo at the Pittsburg Arts Council + ArtWalk. You can experience Mona's yoga class here on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:15pm, or chair yoga on Tuesday mornings here at 10:00am.

Tammy and LaStacia would like to give a huge shout out to our amazing dancers, who put in hours upon hours of rehearsal time with us, in order to perform a few numbers at Pittsburg Arts Council + ArtWalk every spring and fall! Antjea also devoted time to the helping with Poet's Pub at TJ's, while Nancey performed with her band, The Fun Club, at the park beforehand. All this while also hosting the SEK Princesses and William Joseph Goodwin at the studio. We also want to thank Tammy's daughter, Olivia, for adding her dance talents, as well as miss Ellie for bringing that extra fire again for our finale!

We have bubble poi!!! We're starting around 7:15ish with bubbles, silk poi, and a few shimmies- with glow wings around 8:15 and fire poi at 8:30.

Our glow wing performance this spring is dedicated to the memory and bright spirit of our dear friend, Pj Graham. Fly high, sister. We love and miss you so much. 🩷🐞🦋
