hosted by the Tilford Group,
will be held
Wednesday November 12th from 12pm to 1pm in the Sunflower Room of the Overman Student Center at PSU.

It's that time of year when it starts getting dark early. Many people experience an increase in symptoms of depression at this time.

Getting sunlight during the day, exercise, and social connections are great for coping with depression.

Today will be gorgeous weather. So, spend some time outdoors with friends and loved ones.

It's that time of year again!!! Save the date to come see us at Fire Station #1 on November 21st or get your order in for delivery!

Your Pittsburgh Fire Department and Police Department are teaming up to support our local Children's Advocacy Center by cooking YOU lunch!! We'll be serving up hamburgers with our w/o cheese, chips, a cookie, and a bottle of water (donated by Servpro) on grills that we're borrowing from CrawKan!

Veteran's Day themed goodie bags and baked goods will be available for purchase in front of Axe Library from 10-2. Will take cash, check, or venmo! Proceeds go to Outside the Wire, a nonprofit organization that serves local veterans.
