SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder can occur during the winter months.

Less sunlight and shorter days disrupts your internal clock (circadian rhythm) and affects serotonin and melatonin levels.

Weather permitting, try to get some natural sunlight for a few minutes each day. Light boxes, or light therapy lamps, are also helpful.
