✨ New Update to All Massage Sessions ✨
Starting now, every massage session will begin with 10–15 minutes of assisted stretching/breathwork!
I’ve been noticing something powerful — both in my own body and in the bodies of my clients. When we take a few minutes to actively stretch and open the myofascial meridians before massage, we are getting way deeper releases!
Why Stretching First?
Your body is held together and organized by an interconnected web called the myofascial meridians — long lines of fascia that run from head to toe, linking muscles, joints, and movement patterns into one whole system.
When these lines get tight, restricted, or compensating, it affects far more than one isolated area.
Assisted stretching helps:
• Gently open the fascial lines
• Increase mobility and hydration in the tissue
• Prepare the nervous system for deeper release
• Make the massage more effective, efficient, and long-lasting
By stretching the fascia first, we’re able to reach layers that massage alone often can’t access within a single session. This means:

✨ improved circulation
✨ more whole-body connection
✨ better long-term results
What This Looks Like
When you come in:
1. You’ll stay fully clothed for the first 10–15 minutes.
2. We’ll do a full-body sequence of active + assisted stretching tailored to what your system needs that day.
3. I’ll step out of the room afterward, so you can arrive on the table and we proceed with regular massage.
Some clients may benefit from more than 15 minutes — if that’s you, we’ll discuss it together. But the baseline will be 10–15 minutes for everyone.
!!!Please Come Dressed to Move!!!
Wear clothing you can comfortably stretch in:
• Shorts
• Leggings/joggers
• Stretchable activewear
This allows us to work freely and without worrying about modesty during the movement portion.
Why I’m Including This at No Extra Cost
A lot of places charge extra for assisted stretching — but honestly, I’m seeing too much benefit to make it optional or add-on only. My goal has always been to give you the deepest, most effective release possible, and combining stretch + massage is truly where it’s at.
This shift is all about honoring the whole-body system, working smarter with the fascia, and helping you experience more relief, more ease, and more connection in every session.
