Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges among children and adolescents.
This course is evidence-based and satisfies HB 3 for mental health training for school staff. Youth Mental Health First Aid also satisfies the mental health training requirement of the District Vulnerability Assessment.

NOTE: This Blended Course includes 2 hours of self-paced, online pre-work that must be competed prior to attending the 5-hour in-person portion of the class held at Region 8 ESC.
