Pathway to Care and Recovery Recovery is a journey. Each person takes their own path in their own time.

When you need information and support for yourself or someone you know, or you are ready to begin your recovery journey, Pathway to Care and Recovery is here for you, anytime. Services include:
• Peer support
• Screening, level of care assessment, referral and support right up to admission
• Medication Assisted Treatment education
• Case management
• Connection to other human services through warm hand-offs
• Mobile Response Teams
• Coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services
• A Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community
