Are you struggling with insomnia?
You may be eligible to participate in a research study exploring an innovative therapy approach called Brainspotting.
My name is Nidhi Kirpalani, Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and Doctoral Student at the International University for Graduate Studies (IUGS). I am conducting a research study to investigate whether Brainspotting therapy is effective in reducing symptoms of insomnia in adults.
I am currently recruiting 10 adult participants who have experienced symptoms of insomnia for at least the past month. Participation includes 10 free Brainspotting therapy sessions, conducted either online via Zoom or in person.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a neuro-experiential, brain-body therapy that uses eye position to help individuals access, process, and release unresolved trauma and emotional stress stored in the nervous system. By focusing on specific βbrainspotsβ while maintaining mindful awareness of the body, this method supports deep regulation and healing.
