I’ve hurt my back countless times.
The workout goes well, but later that day, my back is screaming.
So I know how important it is to have super simple things that you can try to feel better.
I call these my “flare kit” solutions and they are recommendations I give to my clients as a first line of defense.
Now pain is complex and there might be more investigation and other treatments needed to get to the root of it.
But we also need simple things we can try right away to start moving the needle.
