I am a licensed therapist who believes in an empowering, and empathic therapeutic relationship in which growth can occur. I strive to honor the difficult work that my clients experience while also providing honest, straightforward insight. I am experienced in providing individual, couple/marital and family therapy. I have several years of experience working with families in crisis, with children, preteens, and teens. I have worked closely with grandparents, parents, foster parents and adoptive parents to create harmony in the family home while also supporting the whole family to work toward a common goal. Within these families I have supported individuals of all ages to work through the symptoms of depression, anxiety and other symptoms of mental health that have isolated them or created disconnection. My specialties include but are not limited to: parent-child conflict, children, adolescents, parental distress, co-parenting, family therapy, couples therapy, working with issues related to anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, gender, and race/ethnicity.

On the occasion of WPFC’s 40th anniversary, the fall conference and symposium will explore Murray Bowen’s concept of the nuclear family emotional system and its predictable relationship patterns. Knowledge of this key concept can unlock the potential for effective functioning in individuals, families, religious and other organizations, and all manner of groups.

Traditionally, WPFC’s fall conference has encouraged both established leaders in the field and earlier learners to present their understanding and applications of Bowen theory. Attendees can expect to hear keen insights from longtime practitioners and fresh perspectives from relative newcomers.

A new group coming your way!

If you’re questioning your religion, you might feel alone, scared, or guilty. These feelings can compound over time, exacerbating a more profound sense of shame.

Unfortunately, many people suffer in silence. They don’t know if it’s safe to express how they feel, and they might worry about being ostracized by others. That said, questioning your faith is normal.

Join us in a vulnerable discussion around our relationship with religion. To register please contact us at 412-450-0518 or info@centerforrelationalchange.com.
