Join certified yoga instructor, Sarah Ramsey, for a special somatic movement class on March 14th from 11 AM-12 PM.
This class is designed to help calm your nervous system and build your body’s capacity to manage stress better. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness of the mind–body feedback system (including the vagus nerve), we’ll support your body in shifting toward rest and regulation. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered with simple, practical techniques you can weave into everyday life to support resilience, balance, and well-being from the inside out.
