After working in addiction recovery for almost a decade, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people trying to rebuild their lives.

Some were just beginning their journey.
Some had been trying for years.

I've seen people succeed who I never would have predicted… and others struggle when it seemed like everything was lined up for them.

Over time, certain patterns started to stand out.
