🌿 You don’t have to navigate postpartum alone. 🌿

Becoming a mother can be beautiful and overwhelming—and your mental health matters just as much as your baby’s care. Our Postpartum Mental Health Therapy Group is a 6-week bi-weekly closed therapeutic support group, meaning the same group of women meets together every other week to build safety, trust, and meaningful connection.

This therapist-led group is designed to provide education, emotional support, and practical coping skills for women navigating the postpartum period—while honoring your identity beyond motherhood.

✨ In this group, you will:
• Learn about postpartum mental health (baby blues, PPD, PPA, and more) in a nonjudgmental, stigma-free space
• Develop practical tools to manage overwhelm, anxiety, guilt, and intense emotions
• Improve communication and boundary-setting with partners, family, and support people
• Reconnect with your sense of self outside of being a mother
• Create a personalized plan for ongoing emotional wellness
• Build community with other postpartum women who truly get it

Each session includes mindful check-ins, psychoeducation, guided reflection, and open conversation—so you leave feeling more grounded, supported, and confident moving forward.

💛 Investment:
• $30 per session
• $150 when paid in full for all 6 sessions

💛 This group may be a good fit if you’re feeling: overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply wanting more support during postpartum and in motherhood.

Hey, mama 👋

Are you noticing a general sense of feeling “out of control” and irritability? A struggle to slow down or let others help? An urge to check, double check, and triple check your baby’s breathing? If so, you may be experiencing postpartum anxiety, and you don’t have to face it alone!

1 in 5 women will experience symptoms associated to postpartum anxiety. This is not uncommon and there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. I can remember feeling so alone and horrified by my own thoughts. I was ashamed and felt like an awful mom… but the truth is, it was my brain and bodies way of adjusting to motherhood and the new love I had for my child.

You will get through this, and you are a good mom 🤍

Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Take a moment and reflect on your past week, what’s something that has been troubling you?

Is it in your control? Meaning, is there anything you can personally do to resolve the issue yourself.

If yes, take a moment to organize your thoughts and make a game plan. If it’s in your control, what can you do to help yourself feel better about the situation?

If no, here is a tip for redirecting your thoughts!

1️⃣ If you’ve made it this far, you’ve already accomplished step 1 by bringing awareness to your thoughts. If you can name it, you can tame it.

2️⃣ Trun your why, into a what. Asking “why” will leave you stuck and spiraling. Instead, ask “what,” ie what can I do to help myself feel better?

3️⃣ Make a list of coping strategies, including some distractions, in the notes section of your phone, ie reminders for self compassion, breathing exercise, a person you can call to talk about something else, watching your favorite show, listening to a podcast, going for a run or exercising, implementing a mindful strategy, ect.

4️⃣ Once you’ve caught yourself in a spiral and identified if the problem is in your control or not, you can now call on your coping strategies.

The goal is to have 2 feet planted firmly in the present! If you are having trouble managing your thought, you don’t have to go through it alone.
