Better You Counseling Services is a private practice dedicated to providing mental health services to adolescents, adults, couple, and families.

We are a team of dedicated therapists with diverse backgrounds. Our clinicians specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, marriage/family/couples, Bipolar, substance use, personality disorders, and military/Veterans.

Our team recognizes that there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. We use different treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, CPT, Strength-Based, Multicultural, EMDR, IFS, PVT, and Somatic interventions. Upon initial contact, you will be connected to a therapist that specializes in your needs. Our therapists offer free 15-20 minute consultations to ensure comfort and connection before an initial therapy session.

Better You Counseling Services is located in the Mount Lebanon/Castle Shannon neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA for in-person sessions. We also offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth counseling for anyone living in Pennsylvania. Most major insurances are accepted.
