This opportunity provides a safe space to share your personal story of loss, odds of overcoming, resilience, and recovery. Research shows that a large majority of people who die by su***de have visited a primary care provider in the last year. In a new study, funded by the Bowman Family Foundation and The Mental Health Treatment and Research Institute (MHTARI), researchers found that implementing the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) in primary care can substantially reduce su***de rates nationwide.
