We will teach you to breathe better; you will strengthen your lungs, you will improve your immune system. In tandem, you will become more aware… in general… specifically you will become more aware of your body and how to be more adroit at moving through the world at your full facalties you’ll more fully feel your fitness level and overall health improving holistically… and more aware of your thought patterns, and how you can literaly change your mind to create less stress and make more kind and clear decisions.
