Discover gentle guidance here.

The holiday season is often expected—and described—as a time of joy, celebration, and togetherness. Yet for many, it can also be a season when grief feels louder and more present. Sweeten your day with a peek at our Candyland holiday diorama!

For the past three years, Chefs James Morgan and Jeff Radzanowski have brought holiday magic to life with their amazing dioramas. This year, Jeff dreamed up a Candyland theme, baking and building the gingerbread houses, while Chef Jim brought the game pieces to life with his decorations.

You can see this festive creation in our Neville dining room—definitely worth a closer look!

Getting to know Tika!

Tika has spent over 22 years as a healthcare aide, caring for residents with heart and dedication. Her passion for helping others started as a teenager, caring for her sick uncles, and led her to Baptist Senior Family in 2016.

She believes the most important part of her work is putting residents first and making each day meaningful, whether it’s listening, helping with needs, or supporting their faith.

Family is also a big part of Tika’s life. She treasures time with her children and grandchildren, finding joy in the little moments together.

Tika describes herself as caring, a little goofy, and always ready to help — someone who treats others the way she’d want to be treated.

We’re so glad Tika is part Baptist Senior Family!
