I’ve always been proud of the sacrifice my family members and their families made to help serve in whatever way was asked of them.

I think sometimes we forget just the simple willingness to sacrifice your personal freedom for a nation’s security is an incredible decision.

Honestly, I’m thankful for every single person…regardless of how their story turned out….who chose to sign a blank check to the US Government…not knowing what the price would be.

Regardless of what you have done, or never got to do, because of people like you…we stand free in 2023.

Embrace that, and enjoy your freedom. Happy Veterans Day.

You can change the process, the tools, the tech, the systems, even the culture…

But if the leadership doesn’t change, success won’t be sustained.

This is the truth. The majority of your people will only grow as far as your level will allow them.

Are you a limit or a foundation for them to build on?

Let’s take a second to discuss strategy

Strategy is all about choosing a path to get you to where you want to go.

One way people are moving forward in 2023 is through the adoption of new technology and tools. ..duh right?

But…

There is a common critical mistake that I’ve seen with companies that I’ve worked with with who decide to adopt new technology, but…force it to fit their old process

At first, this can seem like the simple path, the easy way to integrate new innovation

But the truth is, this is your opportunity to design an entirely new process based on what that tool or technology can do.

A process that can save you time and money, and increase your quality.

It was an honor to be invited by Coach Smetanka to serve as the honorary captain for the military appreciation game at St. Vincent College.

These guys are very special to me and anytime I get a chance to speak into their lives…it’s a true blessing.

Proud of Max and Kyle for all their growth over the past two years. They will do great things one day. No doubt about it!
