I still make myself cringe.

I still do things that I question, then remedy, immediately.

I used to let the “thing” repeat over and over and over until it made me drink.

Now, thoughts start to spiral but instead of me spiraling, I take deep breaths.

I remember it’s all about energy.

I remember beating myself up isn’t helping anyone.

I remember I get to create my reality.

I don’t ignore the bad, the “things”.
(Mindset, something I’ve said or done, triggers, toxic programming, trauma)

I just choose to focus on the good.

Listen up.
Stop being fake.
If you don’t like someone, go figure out why then deal with it.
But this whole liking their posts, smiling in their faces, then calling them the worst names possible behind their backs is just old and dated.
It’s mean behavior that children embody.
Your inner child and ego are running your show if you still act this way as an adult.
Your nervous system needs some regulating.
Souls are leveling up right now.
People are balancing out their chakras and that balance is causing a shift here in this third dimension we call Earth.
Being fake isn’t hurting anyone but you.
You are not doing yourself any favors and your reputation precedes you.
Integrity is expensive, it’s costing you your best life.

There are many types of soul contracts we sign.
One may be a contract of protection.
One may be a contract of healing.
One may be a contact of love.

These are the things I tap into when I do an Akashic Profile.

You may have a contract from lifetimes ago, playing out now.

There may be some unfinished business from another timeline, seeping its way into this one.

But let it be known, there are contracts.

There are alliances.

I know for a fact, Luna came to heal parts of me and so did my Son.

Luna is the part of me that gets to shine without being told she’s too much.

Liam is the one I get to advocate for and cheer for in the way I needed advocating and cheering.

This is the time you are going to step up and step out.
Shine your light so bright you won’t see reactions on faces you will feel love surround you.
Happiness will creep into every corner of your life.
Experiences will still come and you will still have moments of what the f*ck is happening

But you will move through will grace and faith and knowing because your third eye and crown chakra are balanced.
You create and manifest the life you want.
