I’ll be popping up at The Schoolhouse Holiday Market this year and I’m excited to bring Level Up & Ripple to a cozy local space full of artists, makers, authors, and good energy. ❄️

I’ll have a curated mix of herbal teas, tinctures, salves, scrubs, and a few specialty blends for winter support. If you’ve been wanting to smell, sip, or sample anything in person, this is the perfect chance.

Partner Party w/ !! 🎉🪴🍄 It was awesome to see their Zeus digester up close and understand their composting process better. They are truly creating a more sustainable Pittsburgh.

We met them at Vegfest a couple of years ago, and introduced them to the Facilities folks at the Meta offices in Pittsburgh.

Meta composts all of their food waste and ecotone uses their waste to top off all of their digesters. Their product, Soil Sauce, is a liquid compost product made from the food waste and can feed houseplants, fruits, vegetables and herb gardens. Cool stuff!

I made dosha balancing herbal teas! I’ll be sharing these blends at my upcoming Ayurveda workshop, May 20th 1:30-3 pm

Kapha: blue lotus, comfrey, licorice, marshmallow leaves, milky oats, slippery elm

Pitta: black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, elecampane, ginger, orange peel, star anise

Vata: dan shen, echinacea, hibiscus, hops, jasmine, mullein, raspberry leaf, violet, yarrow

Earth Day in Mt.Lebanon! It was a rainy day, but we still had a great time. Thanks to all of the other awesome vendors and eco friendly organizations. 🌎🌱🍄😁

Bitchcraft was an absolute blast. I LOVED spending the day working and playing with family and friends. And so grateful to everyone that stopped to see us and get magical herbs. 🙏🌿🍄🔮👻🎃 Can’t wait to do this again next year!
