Sometimes the biggest energetic shifts happen when we simply step away from our normal routine.

A change of scenery, fresh air, sunshine, laughter, and time to slow down can reset more than we realize. When the nervous system relaxes, everything else has space to realign.

Never underestimate the healing power of rest.

Distance Reiki is just as intentional and focused as an in-person session.

Tonight’s session supported someone navigating a health challenge — a targeted, purpose-driven session rather than general energy balancing.

I created a simple yet powerful grid (it took longer than you’d think to build because everything had to feel just right).

Even in distance Reiki, I use oils, sound, and crystal affirmation cards — working with the energy as if the person were right in front of me. Reiki isn’t limited by location; it responds to intention.

And Wigz is almost always there, calmly supervising and adding his steady, purring energy to the work.

I captured this moment while we were in our cabana in Punta Cana.

I noticed a butterfly flying past… and moments later, I saw it tucked into the sheer curtain where the fabric was tied around the cabana post. I’m not even sure how it got in there — whether it crawled in for shelter or was caught briefly — but I untied the fabric, expecting it to fly away.

It didn’t. It just stayed there… resting.

Scientifically, butterflies pause in sheltered spaces to conserve energy and regulate their bodies.

Energetically, butterflies represent transformation and renewal — and many people experience them as gentle reminders of loved ones or signs of support during times of change.

As it rested there, I was reminded —
stillness can be part of change.

Darrick and I just got home from a week of paradise in Punta Cana — where we celebrated Valentine’s Day and my birthday 🥰

Ocean views, long beach days, and space to truly slow down. We calmed our nervous systems, recharged in the sunshine, and let the rhythm of the ocean reset us.

We soaked up a spa day on my birthday and came back to the sweetest surprise from our butler to continue the celebration — balloons, cake, and wine waiting in our room.

Our favorite night was the Chic Cabaret & Dinner Show. The singers, dancers, and aerial acrobats were absolutely amazing — such a high-energy, joy-filled experience!

Another year around the sun, feeling grounded, grateful, and so blessed to have this man by my side ❤️

I am a Pittsburgh based Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui Method of Natural Healing, a Kundalini Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner.

​Since everything is made of energy, my focus is to keep your energy STRONG and FREE FLOWING. Unbalanced energy cannot flow easily and therefore could result in illness and/or discomfort. To achieve optimal energy balance, I will use a pendulum to check the 7 main points in your body that regulate energy flow (chakras) and will balance them as necessary. My sessions also combine Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Healing and aromatherapy to assist with clearing energy blockages and to enhance the natural healing and balancing process. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

I am available for private or group Reiki sessions, Distance Reiki sessions, Crystal Healing sessions, workshops and lectures. I also teach all three levels of the Usui Reiki System.
