✨New Year, New Service ✨

While this service isn’t technically brand new ( I’ve been doing these type of visits for moms that reach out needing extra support)- we are officially adding it to our line-up for 2026!

Raise your hand ✋🏼if you’re a mom who forgot every single thing your nurse taught you (or didn’t teach you!) in the hospital? Got home, felt like you didn’t know anything and panicked‼️

Unfortauntely there is a massive gap in education that moms receive in the hospital, and even if they do receive it there is so much going on it’s hardly ever retained. Let us help you in those early days at home. Let us teach you about normal vs abnormal, breastfeeding, sleep, general newborn care, and answer all your questions you forgot you had.

You don’t need to use our night nursing services to benefit from our knowledge 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

When a woman gives birth, she stands at the edge of heaven, partnering with the Creator of life in something deeply sacred.

As a doula, I see it every time: the strength God placed within women. The way He draws near in our weakness. The peace that surpasses understanding, even in the intensity of labor.

“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.” Psalm 46:5

Whether your birth is quiet or raw, straightforward or redemptive, it’s holy ground. And I count it a sacred honor to walk with you in that space 🫶🏼

Here are some tips for early labor to help keep you calm and confident!

✨ Rest while you can — save your energy for active labor.
💧 Stay hydrated and eat light, nourishing snacks.
🚶‍♀️ Move your body — walk, sway, or change positions to encourage progress.
🌬️ Breathe deeply and stay relaxed.
🎶 Distract yourself with worship music, a good movie, or something enjoyable. Whatever brings you joy — do that!
🏡 If all is well, laboring at home as long as possible can be more comfortable.
🙏 Lean on God’s strength — He is with you in every moment.

Trust your body, trust the process, and most of all, trust Him.
