Focusing on my mental health and over all well being. Sometimes I get swept away scrolling on social media and before I know it I wonder, “where did the time go?” Followed by constant checking to see what new dopamine hit I can get.

I am thrilled to announce I am accepting clients at Stress Less Massage, located in the Cardello building near the North Shore of Pittsburgh.

My offering is a blend of modalities I have learned over the years. The main three I incorporate are Thai, Myofascial Release and Swedish.

In my sessions individuals often experience a deeper connection to self, awareness of their body and an improvement in state of mind.

Massage is not solely about the body, we make contact with the whole system, including: emotions, subtly energy, and the psyche. Hence, a session with me may be transformative.

Spent the day romping around in the woods while it rained. The over cast sky, wet ground and shades of green satiated my inner fey. Came across two natural springs, oh the joy this brought me. Shout out to for spotting the first morel. These woods were covered in ramps, grateful for the abundance.
