Focusing on my mental health and over all well being. Sometimes I get swept away scrolling on social media and before I know it I wonder, ā€œwhere did the time go?ā€ Followed by constant checking to see what new dopamine hit I can get.

I am thrilled to announce I am accepting clients at Stress Less Massage, located in the Cardello building near the North Shore of Pittsburgh.

My offering is a blend of modalities I have learned over the years. The main three I incorporate are Thai, Myofascial Release and Swedish.

In my sessions individuals often experience a deeper connection to self, awareness of their body and an improvement in state of mind.

Massage is not solely about the body, we make contact with the whole system, including: emotions, subtly energy, and the psyche. Hence, a session with me may be transformative.
