Bringing Wellness To Your Workplace Improving Employee Satisfaction and Productivity Dorit Brauer offers meditation and stress reduction classes for corporate and business clients. Since 1999 she has worked with large and small client groups focusing on individual client needs such as team building, visioning, creative thinking, brainstorming, and dealing with the dynamics of change in stressful environments. By incorporating meditation into the corporate environment, the employer not only creates an atmosphere focused on individual wellness, but also on corporate wellness by adding substantially to the employees’ quality of life on and off the job by reducing absenteeism and sick days. Research has shown that the practice of meditation at the workplace improves relationships between co-workers and increases job satisfaction and success. Dorit on French TV On November 1, 2012 Dorit was filmed for ‘Envoyé Spécial,’ which reported how meditation at the workplace helps employees in the US. ‘Envoyé Spécial’ is compared to CBS’s “60 minutes.” It was filmed at Marc USA USA in Pittsburgh where Dorit has presented lunchtime meditations for many years. ‘Envoyé Spécial’ is compared to CBS’s “60 minutes.” The segment was broadcasted on France 2 TV Network on November 22, 2012.
