🍌 Favorite way to fuel up in the morning: I start the day with a banana and espresso before a workout. After, I might have a whole-grain waffle with almond butter, oatmeal with walnuts, cereal with fruit and nuts, eggs and toast, whatever I'm in the mood for and have time to make/eat that day!
🍎 Benefits of working with a dietitian: Personalization. What you eat and why you eat it are unique to you; dietary recommendations can be tailored to your goals and a realistic plan to achieve them with the help of a registered dietitian.
🌍 Sustainability tip: Honor your hunger and fullness and start with smaller portions. If we only prepare what we can eat, we will reduce food waste and avoid the potential for eating beyond our nutrient needs.
